Hey, new member here from Utah. My name is Cory Payne, I work for the railroad when they let me (laid off). Currently, I hire out my tractor for landscape services. I own a home where I enjoy building everything from metal fab to woodworking, and landscaping the yard.
I also own 6.23 acres of mountain land about 90 minutes southeast of SLC, where I hope to retire someday. My wife and I have big plans for the cabin property, and keep working away at making them a reality. Currently I am putting in a water system-1550 gallon tank and all the lines necessary to plumb the well head to it. Eventually, it will feature a solar powered well pump that will feed the tank every day, even when we are not there.
Anyway, the site looks nice, and I look forward to the wealth of information here.
