Help !32x60 Radiant Floor Plan Suggestions

There looks like a million different ways to skin this topic and I've even tried using the LoopCad software but I still know what is a best design or practice. I've got to come up with a design in the next week and could certainly use the talent that I've come to find on this site.

I was going to purchase from Blueridge but they wouldn't share their design suggestion until after I made a purchase. Since then I started looking at SupplyHouse.com but they don't provide layouts.

Any suggestion?

What type of building and what type of insulation for starters?

32x60 block foundation with Owen Corning 250 board

Sorry the walls will be spray foam and the ceiling will be blown in insulation with about an R35-40 value.

I have no windows but I do have 3 garage doors which I know will be the majority of my heat loss. 2 - 16x10 and 1- 10x10 and one man door 36"x80" The doors have a R12 value.
