Help advice with making a purchase

Here's some background Info on what I do, what I have and what I want. The list is at the bottom so read that first, then the background after... Sorry for the confusion , it's hard to do this on a phone

I'm looking at All snap-on half off brand new

I'm Working all around, from heavy to automotive

Currently own no scanner tools

Currently own no cooling system pressure tester

I have a pneumatic half inch impact, pneumatic 3/8 impact, and I already own the 18volt 3/8 lithium and hammer drill from the line... So I could buy the bare tool (half inch)to save money because I already have batteries

Only own one vice grip Irwin .

I own a complete 3/8 impact standard and metric set and use them daily when I work... For half inch I only have the universal adapter and I run my shallow impacts off that to create angles

Budget is around 500 give or take

I want all snap on purchases with my discount

I'm looking at a choice of one or more than one of the following:
Cooling system pressure tester
Microscan pro
Half inch impact swivels shallow 6 piece standard and 6 piece metric
Half inch 18v lithium cordless gun
Vice grip set

This is just my personal take so here goes. I would go with the hard line stuff, buy the swivels and vice grips. Pressure testers I have rarely felt I REALLY needed one, although I have one, its rarely used. As for the the scanner, I would want to spend some more for one, that's just me. The cordless, while nice, you can buy a Milwaukee, Ingersol, or whatever brand a lot cheaper. But I tend to stay with the hard line stuff in Snap On, I feel that is where I can justify the money.

My local Autozone and Oreilies have cooling system pressure testers for rent. The Autozone just got all new rental tools.
