help! another vise ID request

this is for sale in my area and I haven't seen this marking before. the seller says its the only thing on the vise.

Looks like the keystone for Pennsylvania, including the Pennsylvania Rail Road (PRR).

Can you make out the details of the marks inside the keystone?

It’s a 4” weighs about 45lbs. I paid $40 for it. It was saved from a barn tear Down looks like it was hardly used

Any day you can buy a quality vintage usa made machinist bench vise for under $1/lb, is a pretty good day to me
