Help! Can anyone identify this drill press?

Hi all... I'm new to the forum and also new to restoring older American Tooling. I got this drill press form a friend of mine mostly in tacked though missing some key parts. My question is can anyone help me in identifying this press? I will need to try and finds prats for it and knowing what it is will help.

zkling I think you nailed it! I did a google search of the name and bingo. The pictures are a match!
Cant wait to get it restored and in working order!
