Hi--I picked this thing up at a yard sale, it's a OTC 213012, but for some reason I can only find that number described as a drive pin replacer, which it isn't.
It might be some sort of striking tool, is 3" across, and weighs just under 3 pounds.
I'm sure there is someone out there in Garagejournalland who has seen one of these--can you help?
