Help Choosing A Vise

Hey all, I'm in the market for my first vise and would like to get some input. I'll be using it for general DIY and auto work...don't plan to beat on it too hard. I've got a small work bench, so I'm thinking something in the range of 5" with a 5" opening and pipe jaws. These are the two options I'm considering:

Yost 750-E

Yost ADI-4

Any opinions on which would be the better value? The Yost ADI-4 is at the top of my budget at around $120. I've also looked on craigslist for some used USA vises, but nothing really stood out to me (then again, I'm not sure I would know a good deal if I saw one).

The Yost ADI is awesome. Minimal slop and terrific clamping force for small effort. The only thing I don't like is that there is a very poor centering mechanism on the pivot. Not usually an issue but sometimes it gets turned with a load in the vise and that becomes a small problem.

a good old USA 4" machinist vise will be 2x the size of a 5" chineisum one and will last you a lifetime...

I'd spend my $120 on an old Fixed base Reed, Parker or Wilton and you'll never need another vise.

Get the Yost ADI-4

That video pretty much sums it up. Even its failure points were all repairable!
