I need some help deciding on a heating and possibly cooling source for my pole barn shop. I've read so much that now I need some help deciding

It's a 30x36 with 12 foot walls. The roof was insulated when it was built and I'm currently insulating the walls with 1.5" foam board.
Locations Seattle, WA area so it does get to the 20s-30s in the winter but usually in the 40s

I was looking at mini splits so I can have heating and cooling but concerned it might not be enough for the heating part of it with just foam board plus OSB on the walls.

Is there a estimate on running cost per month if I do keep the mini split at lowest heating temp all the time? I'd rather have it heated all the time if possible

Look at my post history. I just did a 48k btu minisplit for about 5k all in in a much harsher climate in a similar sized garage and its working great.

Thanks, you do have better insulation than me but in a colder environment. That gives me an idea that just foam board might be fine for me.
