Thanks. I was multiplying by .0832. Seemed low, but I guess it is what it is.

In the future, you can always use Google, and I don't mean that sarcastically.
"400 inch lbs in foot lbs" gives you the answer right answer right on top.

You just have to remember to type out "inch," otherwise you get a list of conversion sites that require extra clicks and steps to get an answer.

When conversions don't seem right, I pull out a pen and paper and attack them manually.Funny, that's were I found the formula. Just didn't seem right, but after thinking about it some more, it made sense.
