Help dating snap on ratcheting adapter

Picked this up at the flea market last week. Help me with the date code. Is it a 7 as in 1927? I'm not sure. Any help appreciated.

I think you're right. It looks like the 7 for 1927 on the chart.
By 37 they probably had the more modern style of adaptor anyway .
