Hi All,
I've been reading through many threads and have a few products in mind, but I need some help deciding on which product would be best for my application. I have a basement garage that is about 1500 square feet and was built in the early 1960s. Right now the floor is just bare concrete and water does not bead up. There is only a small crack near the garage door and the concrete feels very smooth overall. The garage will be used for car work, tig welding, and woodworking. I plan on cleaning and acid etching the floor for prep. I also have a fireplace in the garage that I would like to use during the winter months to heat up the place, is there anything I need to worry about with the fireplace affecting the coating? I have the following products in mind: SW ArmorSeal 1000 HS, ArmorClad 100% Solids, and TrueLock. What do you guys think would work best here in terms of durability? I also had legacyindustrial's deltadye concrete stain and their HD6525MMA sealer in mind as another option, but I'm leaning more towards the epoxy flake look.
Thanks!
