Help designing wood stove platform

Hello from Ohio , i am installing a small wood stove in my 35x50 insulated shop. I could use some advice in designing a platform for it to sit on. The reason I don't want it to rest on its current base is because I thought it would be easier to load and if it was positioned about 5" off the floor I thought I could just slide a floor jack under it if I ever need to move it . I will attempt to post a photo of the stove. Thanks

Regarding the above post I was thinking about lying the stove on its side and welding a few pipe fittings underneath so I could screw in 4 legs that could be adjusted for level and be removable .

I understand not having to bend over when cleaning ashes or loading fuel.
If your good at welding, just make a box out of angle iron and steel plate for a top.
Heck, you can even use bolts and bolt the thing together!
Add some casters to it walla!!!
You could also use a couple of cinder blocks staggered and stacked into a square if you decide you don't want to move it because the flue is gonna be in a fixed location.

Thanks for the idea, I do have a welder, considering the Casters I would be concerned it would move around when loading or cleaning

You do not want to leave it on wheels. The flue pipe is rigid and not meant to be be moved.

"Code" requires 18" from teh floor to the spark, flame, or glow. That just happens to be a wonderful height for loading and for sitting in front of.

I built mine out of cinder blocks. Dry stacked with patio paver blocks on top for a cap. Works just fine.

The law is pretty sketchy on outbuilding woodstoves. My AHJ treats it like any other open flame device in your garage such as a water heater or furnace. That is where the 18" comes from.

Now if I could just find some Stainless chimney pipe that I could afford I would be all set
