Help! Does anyone recognize this brand? Please let me know.

I was looking for some old tools in Riyadh, when i noticed this tools that looks decent. The tools itself is good, it is well crafted and the price is fair enough but the brand makes me puzzled.

Looks like there are more made in USA tools in Riyadh than in the USA.
I don't recognize them, though.

They look counterfeit. No US tool would say "MADE IN UNITED STATE OF AMERICA".

Chinese most likely.

I don't think so.. But still there are lots of old good stuff here. What you need is a patience to look for it.

That is true! It make me doubt. Because for a long time I've never seen such marking like that and I think it supposed to be STATES not STATE.
