Help find replacement switch

Hey guys. Here at work we seem to be having a problem finding replacement switches for our load bank. If you recognize it and could give me a pointer on where to look for one that would be great, thanks

From the front it looks like a normal house switch. It's on a row of 8 and they are connected via a buss bar.
The only marking I can find are eaton USA 9310 RJ

Our parts guys said he did with no luck. I may send them an email myself when I get home tonight.

It took a little bit of digging but I found it. In case anyone else ever needs the info its a Eaton panelboard switch 8980K1
