Have you called Snap On directly? Or E-Mailed them? I'm sure they can hook you up with a Dealer. Good Luck.

I believe snappy has a link on their site to have a dealer in your area call you.

But if your just a guy doing work at home they may not be receptive to driving out to your house. Maybe you can find a dealer who will let you meet him at a shop he services in this case.

Sent via carrier pigeon.

Post on your local CL. That's what I did to determine who the local drivers were, and which areas/nearby cities were on which driver's route.

Two of the 4 drivers responded to me, and numerous customers also helped out.

When I wanted to know who my local Snap-on driver was I just asked the service writer at my local auto dealership. He had the driver's business card and was able to provide me with a cellphone number and the day/time the driver visited the dealership.

The dealer locator does exist on the website, but it's only going to provide the dealer that has the account for the address you provide, and it doesn't (or, at least, DIDN'T) actually provide the dealer information, it provided your contact information to the dealer.

In my experience, it wasn't conducive to contact. Further, given my work schedule, the dealer with the route that has my home address is different than the dealer where my main office is, and different than the dealer for a couple of my satellite offices. On any given work day, I'm in different territories, so it was nice to find out from the locals who was who.

I also received some unsolicited reviews of the various dealers, which was interesting.

dealer? in my experience, the website and the 800 number are far superior to the guy on the truck. orders are about a week out from the website, about the same as the guy on the truck not having what you need, and returns are 3 weeks out, but the factory will replace any warrantied hand tool, where as the dealer may try to "repair" first.....

That's quite a spread between vendors?

Yeah, I was pretty surprised too...

I would have thought that one dealer would have covered this particular area, but they've got the territory chopped up between them all.

Then you have the dealers that want to see a reciept to replace a broken tool or say "not purchased from me" refusing to replace a broken tool.I have been told about the dealer that goes around the Big Rapids,Mi area,a ****.My father knows a shop owner this dealer stops at on his route. This shop owner had a word with this dealer on a warranty issue. An employee had a ratchet that was slipping, dealer refused to fix it 3 times saying there was nothing wrong with it.This shop owner witnessed it happening 5 times giving his employee busted knuckles twice.Told the dealer to fix it or he was done stopping by.Fixed the ratchet and it never happened again.

I appreciate your help and if I know the option in the website but my problem is that I haven't an address in the U.S., I live in Mexico and I visit El PasoTexas frequently so I wanted to know if anyone here has a phone of one "snap" dealer to put me agree with him. I'll call customer service.

again I appreciate your help and advice.
