I am trying to track down a document that I have seen linked here and on other sites:

The original link was: (http://) cofes.com/Portals/0/COFES_2012/COFES2012_MICROMETERS.pdf

Unfortunately that link is dead. If anyone has a live link or a local copy of the COFES2012_MICROMETERS.pdf file, I would greatly appreciate it.

That's a tough one, when I write my stories, I do not know how to keep a link from going dead. I will try to find it but not sure I can after this long a time.
