I have a dilema,
I am transforming my "old" garage to look like the new one (see pic).

Anyway the concrete floor will have a 3" drop down to the driveway area and I need some ideas on how to transition down the three inches instead of just leaving a sharp 3" drop.
I don't want to slope the concrete down since it is over existing concrete and will have chipping issues.

I was hoping to find some type of rubber transition...... ???

Thanks,
Jason

How about a piece of diamond plate, maybe nine or twelve ins. wide with a three in. lip and a break. Screwed to the floor. Can you visualize what I'm saying.

A buddy of mine I just talked to mentioned having a shop weld up a elongated triangle to wedge in there out of aluminum. Diamond plate would be cool for the top.

Thanks,
Jason
