Help finding a thread...

I've tried searching and I just can't find this particular thread.

It was a guy who built an incredibly robust frame for his toolboxes to all sit in.
At one end, it had a detachable service cart, which had some airlines plumbed in to a stainless plate above the cart.

This frame was enormous, massively over-engineered and just all around brilliant. Beautiful fabrication went into it.

I think the toolboxes where all blue...

is it ringing a bell for anyone?
