Help finding an old thread

I remember seeing a thread on this site that had a url for a builder who has a free piece of software to draw basic plans. Can anyone help me with this.

"Google Sketch Up" ? Seems to be the most popular.

For basic plans and the least learning curve, I recomend pencil and gragh paper.
