Help finding small "L" brackets/tabs

Hey I've been making these little tabs out of 4ft angled aluminum but its quiet tedious so I was trying to find ones pre made... Does anyone know where I can find something like these?

Dimensions arent that important, anything roughtly 3/4" x 1/2" x 3/4"
aluminum is preferred but plastics would work too as long as the are fairly strong

usually im pretty good at finding weird odds and ends like this for other purposed but this one has stumped me!

Ps im using a rage cold cut saw to cut these and that saw *****. leaves burrs on everything i cut with it...

Cut them out on a bandsaw with a miter gauge and stop block, could probably could cut one every 5-seconds or so and without the fuzzy edges.

Those are just begging to be sheared. Depending on the qty you need, it may be worth buying an angle shear off ebay for about $300 to cut them in a way that won't require cleaning up the edges.

and if it needs mounting holes, drill them first then cut to length

Search for 'unequal angle bracket'. I'd go with the guillotine/shear or a flypress with appropriate tooling if you're wanting to keep it inhouse.

lol duh, idk why i didnt think of a bandsaw... i've been wanting one of those hand held bandsaws and the portable table combo for some time now.. might be worth it!

I definitely wont be needing that many to warranty a angle shear but it would make for a pretty good excuse to get one right?

al cuts better on a plain miter saw imo, i use an older freud trim blade.

^^^ chop saw, good carbide blade. If you don't have one then I'd go the bandsaw route.

If you set the angle against the square corner of a piece of scrap wood stock, so the two pieces are nested, when the blade breaks through the aluminium into the wood, it won't leave a back side burr. 1+ for a fine tooth carbide blade too.
