Help fixing shed installation

Hi, I'd like advice on correcting shed placement and level after poor installation of wood 8x12 shed on 6x6 skids.
I made a framed 3" compacted crushed stone base. In my area most sheds are on blocks. Shed was delivered by friend of guy who built the shed, and he didn't like the gravel. He rolled it off the trailer 1-2 feet forward of the base and proceeded to raise it with blocks and lumber. It's now 18" off ground. Is it possible to raise the shed, extend gravel base, add pavers and level, and then lower shed?

I would jack it up, get some cross skids (or better pipe/rollers) and push it back onto the pad where you wanted it in the first place.

You can use solid concrete blocks and plastic shims to level from there.

There is something fishy going on here. My delivery guys are very proud of placing the customers shed exactly where they want it. Who organized the delivery and paid the delivery guy? You shouldn’t have to move anything.

I wasn’t completely clear on the delivery. Is the shed not on the pad at all? I’m not defending the delivery guy but did you tell the builder or the delivery guy that you had a framed gravel pad? It makes the delivery difficult but not impossible. Could he get the trailer to the pad or did he move it with his mule?

I would have them come back and install the building correctly if that is possible. Has everyone been paid? Moving an 8x12 is pretty easy but I would need to see what kind of access and equipment you have available.

To answer your question --- yes, it's possible to easily do what you describe. However, I would do what readhead suggested -- have them come back and install exactly where you want it.
If they won't come move it then what Pcustoms suggested is easy enough to do yourself. Jack it up and use some round posts or heavy 4' PVC pipe to roll it onto your gravel base. With it on 6x6 skids it's very easy to move.
