HELP...I need to find these lights

I only have about a week to find these lights. I need them to put around my car for a big car show.
The guy told me they were landscape lights...but I cant find anythat have the base like these.

The light at the top is actually a wall-mount dusk-to-dawn LED fixture made by Lithonia laying on its back. I have the motion-sensing versions. Great lights.

The second, I don't know.
