help ID a timing light and vice

OK. I know the vice is a Sears vice probably from the 90's judging by the serial number placement I just was wanting a conformation of the date. The timing light however I know nothing about. Anyone know anything about when it was made, quality etc.?

"Cobra GT" - looks like 1970s middle-of-the-road stuff. Probably work fine if the cords and pickup and bulb are okay.

I know nothing about vises.

I know mine is not a Cobra, but is Mid 70s, and looks similar. Don’t think mine is rated for 6v, so yours might be earlier.

That sure looks like a rebranded Peerless timing light from the 1970s. Your vise is USA made and likely by Columbian.
