Help id, again, diamond shape double open

Ok i cant tell what the script says inside the diamond logo - i cant even tell for sure what the sizes are since it is clearly not a 3/8" opening on the side with what looks lke either 3/8uss written on it (or 8/8uss) in fact it is more like 13/16". I can tell the lower left hand word is diamond, the top left is chap---- something. The bottom mightsay diamond edge... I dunno but i thought it was williams before i saw the logo and the words uss have thrown me off a bit.

Thanks in advance, again, i have a few more coming up lol, i put in the effort to research for a bit before asking, only resorting to the forum once ive been stumped by alloyartifacts and general ebay/google searches.
