I bought a second hand Snap On SSDMR4B Ratcheting screwdriver on evilbay a few weeks ago from a seller in the US. The screwdriver is etched along the shaft with: SIGNLEL304B1-11.
Anyone know what the etching signifies?
My guess is its been 'liberated' from the military at some point prior to me taking posession via ebay.
