Help id old portable drill press (Hisey)

Looking for any info on this drill press base. It is HEAVY!!



It has a Hisey drill motor with large gear reduction. Can't find much info on Hisey or the rig It is mounted in.

Looking at the pictures I posted I just noticed some text embossed on The base. Likely the info I'm looking for.
