Help ID slip-joint pliers

I bought these 6 inch slip joint pliers on eBay, purported to be Diamond Tool & Horseshoe brand. But no Diamond logo. Does anyone recognize this logo?

That is a Pioneer Seeds logo. My guess would be salesmen were handing out pliers if you bought seed from them.

Unless there is a tool manufacturer that used that logo that I am unaware of.

Thanks. I thought that logo looked familiar (I grew up on a corn & soybean farm). The pliers look identical to the Diamond K36 pliers I have, with the same U.S.A. logo. I suppose they were manufactured by Diamond for a Pioneer Seeds promotion. The pliers were in a lot of five, and came in a Diamond K36 box.
