Help ID some tools

Anyone? My buddy gave me some tools and Im wondering what these are? The drill doesn't have one factory marking on it. Supposedly it came from Corning Inc. The round thing is a socket and those are spring loaded pins.

You seem to know the drill is a drill do you have some other question about it? The second tool is a battery terminal cleaner, and the third is a gator-grip or similar socket.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the drill. There are no markings but it works like a beast. I was wondering if anyone knew the make or anything? Supposedly its quite old. And is the gator grip a specialty tool or?
