Help ID STANLEY Ratchet Driver please.

Morning fellas,

I'd like to know the model # and possibly the time frame/era of this screwdriver. The handle is hollow and holds various hex drive bits.

That handle style was around since the early 80`s at least, I have some of them in the non-ratcheting variety, surprisingly comfortable to use. No help on model #, sorry

My first "real" job in 1979, I was issued one, although not this ratcheting type.

Late 70s early 80s I’d say. I’ve got a couple Stanley handles like that and I’m guessing that’s when they are from.

I have a catalog that is from 1985 that's an update to the 1983 catalog. The 6 piece set was # 68-750, 14 piece was 68-753, and the 26 piece was 68-754.

Yes, it's from their Workmaster line. I have a couple just like it. I'm not sure of exact dates but that line was introduced in 1969 and phased out by the mid 1980s. It was replaced by the Professional line, which had the same shape handle but they were translucent yellow instead of smoked grey.
