Help ID this air compressor

This compressor is listed on craigslist with no price, I'm supposed to make an offer. The picture has a glitch, so it's a little distorted. The guy doesn't know what he has, it was his dad's. Can any of you ID the compressor from the pic? He says it's a 1.5hp motor, but that seems awful small.

That would line up with the MK-6611 on this website and the 1.5hp mentioned by the owner. Only 7cfm.

I'd ask if I could come take a look at it and negotiate in person. I'd start at $50 and see if he likes that price.
