Help ID this cast iron pedestal

Can anyone help ID this pedestal? I can’t find any markings to solve the mystery. It does have a number plate toward the bottom that is hidden under many layers of paint.

Probably a brake rivet punch set base. I used to see one sitting in the berry patch behind most every truck shop I got too close to. I've got a different style out in my junk pile still awaiting a new use. Ed.

Did a little searching and it sure looks like you nailed it: some kind of kick press/foot press for sure. Turned up a few pictures online, but no dice on IDing the manufacturer for the one I have.
