Another vote for Weaver. The serial number is on the right side of the frame at the rear. Can be hard to notice. A really old one will have a wider spread caster mount than this "newer" style. Still made very much like a 40 year old unit. Worst issue with them is moisture caulsing rust in the bore of the unit that needs a very costly replacement.

It's 100% a Weaver, I thought it was a 4 ton originally, but it may be a 10, hard to tell by referencing stuff around it. Weaver stamps all there models on the Hydraulic unit itself, 4 and below. Near the rear valve area/release and you can find it on the reservoir sometimes on the 10ton.

Wa 72 = 2 ton
Wa 73 = 4 ton
Wa 75 = 10 ton
