Just picked this up at the local flea market for .25 cents on my way home from work. I have no idea what its intended use is for, but I'm sure I can put it to work for something I'm tinkering with that needs securing:rocker:.

We had drawers full of stuff like that at several companies I've worked for over my career. When one business moved out of the R&D center where it had been for 50+ years into a new building a few years ago there were probably barrels of those put in the dumpsters. They just don't get used as much anymore the way chemistry is done now.

Thanks guys:D!!

It's been some twenty years since I've even thought of Chemistry class. I HATED IT:rocketwho!! I graduated from college with a Criminal Justice degree. Science was never my strong point.

This one looks about that vintage (50+/- years ago). With all the welding/ auto restoration I do I'm sure it will earn its .25 cent entry fee into my toolbox:D.
