Help ID this vise

Hi folks: Would any of your be able to let me know which make/ brand is this?
The seller says there is no name, except No 2 engraved on the side.

RD: since Record vises are that Blue and they use a simple 1,2,3... numbering system i'm guessing it's a Record vice since you live in Canada.

I asked the seller and he says that there is no brand or name written, except no 2 as seen in the picture. Thats the only picture I have from him. So I guess it might be a Chinese fake? If it was "Record" it would have had the engraving on it, correct?

ok, he just got back to me and says its "hoppe" brand. It seems similar to the first picture posted by notlob.

Any info on this Hoppe make?
