Help ID wrench maker via logo

[Lump]

Bought a small older Blackhawk box which must have been used for a socket and ratchet set, filled with good USA-made ignition wrenches. There were a few each of New Britain, Wizard, Mac, and an unknown brand. The unknown wrenches are marked "Made in USA" on one side, and have a logo on the other that I have not noticed before. See photo. Anyone know the manufacturer which used that logo?

My eyes are gettin bad looks like Montgomery Ward & co.

They use the MW-Logo. But then I could be wrong it might be Wal-Mart!!!
