Help Identify 3/8 Female Ratchet

I don't know anything about this 3/8" dr. ratchet.
About 6 1/2 OAL with an interestingly shaped forged handle profile.
The ratched seems to function, and the reversing lever is operational.
I didn't see any maker, but there is what looks like "No.2887" on head.
Any help?

OTG is correct. Actually, just Indestro. Duro ratchets are marked on the handle. The Indestro handles are the same size whether they are 1/4” drive or 3/8” drive.

How is the head disassembled?

It isn’t. The works is pressed together. They are practically indestructible. Just oil and go.

They had a line of them in duro, indestro, also supplied them to various retailers such as wards, western auto etc...
