Call your local electrical supply house(or whomever you can get a PO for).

Most time there will be a hole for attachment where the writing is.

Some not all lugs might also have a dual rating as to cover multiple wire sizing so don't let that throw you. Since the wire is so large sometimes the lug is built to even allow for two wires.

"polaris" lugs (a brand name) might be a good, safer alternate depending on the lugs usuage. It is a lug with a non conductive plastic covers.

ILSCO is another lug manufacture.

It may be a custom lug for a specific manufacturers equipment.

Then you need to look in the C-H catalog for the frame size breaker you want lugs for. They will list accessory lugs for them.

The mounting bolt pattern is definately not a standard-meaning the only place you'll find it is the manufacturer of the breaker it fits. Why do you need this lug as opposed to the one available from C-H ?

it makes a handy solution for connecting a back up generator to a c series breaker. looks like i wont find anymore like it unless i stumble onto them by blind luck.
