Hello. I've been lurking around for a while but finally worked up enough "courage" to start posting, so please be gentile.

Anyway, a box of assorted tools followed me home from a garage sale last weekend and in it were a couple of files. They're all stamped USA below a diamond-in-a-hexagon logo with blue handles and a black-oxide coating on the business end.

Anyone recognize the logo?

thanks
