I have attached a picture of a ratchet that I believe may be a Snap on hard handle but I am unsure. The seller is not being very helpful and I don't want to drive out to get it if it is not what I think it is.

The picture is too small to make out much detail. Have you asked him if there are any brand names on it?

Yeah, way too small and grainy but could be an FL836 ??

Certainly looks like a Craftsman Stainless or Lifetime next to it, I'd check it out if the prices seem okay.

If the seller is illiterate that is one thing, otherwise I'd be suspicious.

Look at where the hard handle meets the metal handle. Could be that it's a crappy picture, but it doesn't look Snap on to me. Maybe Duralast?

I'd buy the stainless craftsman next to it in a heart beat if it was cheap because they are very expensive on eBay . Even if the ratchet in question isn't what ya thought you could at least buy the other I'd kill to find one. The one looks like a snap on to me kinda. I love finding people who don't know what they got and sell it for next to nothing, I'm always looking for deals like that. I don't think down on myself for that because they have the item(s) and they ask the price.
