I am going to go look at this lift Wednesday to try and figure out the make and or model. It's an hour drive so if anyone can help to save me the drive I would appreciate it.

The pump and arms are missing but it's only a couple hundred dollars for what's there. I was trying to figure out what brand it is so I can see if parts are available.

IMHO, Scrap value would be the most I would offer.
They would have to load it on my truck to get that much.

Parts are a problem with lifts. The lift you are looking at has a chance of being American made with that thick baseplate and wide columns. I bought a new lift even though I planned on getting used because prices on anything were impossible to predict. It seems pretty hard to get parts or even identify the brand on most. Just the arms are over 2000. Leaving cylinders to rust is terrible. You need everything so the lift isn't really worth much. I bought a Tuxedo because it is an American ish company, though it too is probably made in china. I just got tired of looking at old rusty metal and what they wanted for them.
