Help Identify Lift

I am going to go look at this lift Wednesday to try and figure out the make and or model. It's an hour drive so if anyone can help to save me the drive I would appreciate it.

Where's the hydro pump and motor?
Look for a tag if there isn't one it's generic chinesum.

The pump and arms are missing but it's only a couple hundred dollars for what's there. I was trying to figure out what brand it is so I can see if parts are available.

IMHO, Scrap value would be the most I would offer.
They would have to load it on my truck to get that much.
