Help identify my old Snap On tool box

Hi everyone
My grandpa gave me his old tool box 15 years ago.
It didn't mean much to me then because I was 13 years old then and it was my first tool box and was in very rough shape. I painted it and used it for a few years till I could buy a modern Blue Point tool box.
Now I'm 28 years old and just bought my first new Snap On tool box (KRL 722)
Im thinking about restoring his old box if it really is a Snap On box.
I spent hours last night trying to identify it on collectingsnapon.com
and couldn't find any that match it the same.
There are no numbers on the back anywhere. The only number is on the very bottom right of the front 0476. There are two holes where a emblem should be mounted on the right side of the third drawer.

Box is 26 1/2" wide. Drawers are 23 1/8" wide

I'll guess Waterloo...like the roller in this pic. But definitely not a Snap On.

Ok. I always had my doubts but my family has always sworn it was a Snap On.
Anyone have a idea about what year it might be?

If it's a Snap On box it will say so some place on the back of the box. If it's a Waterloo box it will also say so on the back of the tool box. My Craftsman tool box says Waterloo on the back of it. My Snap Box says Snap On Canada on the back. It dose not look like any Snap On box I've ever seen but I've only been a mechanic since 1988.

Actually, if it's a Waterloo, it should be stamped on the bottom lip of the front of the box.
