Help Identify Old Tool box

Can't seem to find any name plate or tag. Can anyone tell by the handles or color what company would make this style of box?

Nice! I thought they had front cover plate though. Make more pictures ones you either restore or clean it up and fill it!

They did however this box was from the same gentleman that I bought the Herbrand and Snap On cart from. They were all filled with old mechanic tools. His grandfather worked at several gas stations and service stations way back in the day. Like the other ones I am only going to clean, oil, and wax. The boxes have a story that I would not want to alter.

Anyways, I am on the look out for the face plate on this K23. If you know of any, let me know!
