Help Identify Polishing Lathe Chuck.

I bought this Baldor 350 polishing lathe at an estate sale for 10 bucks. It had this chuck on it. “Arrow No. 20 R”


Does anybody know what this is? I’ve search the Internet and I can’t find it for the life of me I’ll help will be appreciated thanks and have a great day guys!

It is spring loaded. I can rotate the top of it.
