Help identify the Snap on toolbox

Listed below are pictures of the box,as I would like to know what the model is. The box has one lock in the center ,one full width drawer six on the left side that are smaller the top one of those six is an office writing type .The right side the drawers are about twice the size as the left. For a total of 13 drawers. All drawers are on ball bearing slides. Box is 54 inches long,29 inches wide and 33 inches high and the add on the wheels thanks in advance for your help identifying this box.And what it is worth?

It had a decal like the one below (example only) with the model and serial number, but it's been removed.

Judging by the size and current sizes listed in their website, it's a Master Series. None of the current model numbers match what's pictured however.

~30 deep is a Masters series, so it's a KRL prefix. It's old enough to not have a second full length drawer so there will be no comparison to current inventory. If it were a modern modern layout with a wrench drawer, the three 2". two 4", then one 6" center section plus the depth would make it a KRL10XX.


If you pull the lowest drawers off the slides there's often another sticker slapped on the bottom of the box interior. Usually you can see it if the drawer is fully extended and you look through the gap between the extended drawers back and the bottom of the drawer above.

KRL1001 is my guess via google images, I don't think the drawer layout of the narrower drawers is original, it looks off. Perhaps someone ordered custom drawers, bought replacements from Snapon to produce that layout, or it's just a lower production layout.

I’ve got that box with the only exception being I’ve got 4 shallow and one deep drawer on the left side.
