Help identify this Lincoln Jack w/ PICTURES

I am looking to restore this jack and need some help identifying it to get parts. Any help ya'll could provide would be great. I know it is a Lincoln brand jack. Its just like the Snap-on Jacks.

Thanks,

93642.. I guess to be completely Honest it could be a 52.

What parts do you need?

You can distinguish by measuring the Overall Lift, a 52 will lift to just over 23" from the ground and a 42 will only lift to a hair over 20". Depending on the Series and Kit supplier they can be the same kit.

I really only need the rear casters. Bearings are shot. It functions great. Probably gonna degrease it real good and give a fresh coat of paint. Handle needs to replaced. It is worn on the bottom where the pin hold the hex head.

Where is a parts breakdown and best place to buy parts?

Hiball, I've got one disassembled just like it. Differences I've noted over the Walker 93642 is that the fulcrum is cast one piece, not a weldiment like the Walker. The saddle is different and held in place by the pivot pins, not one piece like the Walker, and unfortunately the long saddle pin is longer than the Walkers. I think it is the one HW is selling now as a 93642. Haven't opened the hyd yet, but it appears on the outside identical to the Walker 42. As you know, I'm a novice with limited sampling!

I'd think the casters would be available and don't appear different from the Walker.

Casters should be the Same when talking about the Threaded "Stem" type, The "Stem" type that is held in place with a Set screw are Painfully Expensive.

Below is a site that sells parts for Lincoln/ Hein Werners. This will give you an idea of the prices but you should check other sites for maybe lower prices. The PHJ casters are imports and the stem is only 9/16" diameter but it has a step at the bottom of the stem to fit the hole of the 93642. In 2009 they used to sell this casters for $9.99.

For parts breakdowns check below, it has plenty of drawings for many brands.

And check the Craftsman parts breakdowns below.

Damn... I sure wish I would have known Edgar was gonna link those guys, I would have raised the quote I had sent the OP for the casters 40% or so.

Sorry about that. I did not see any answer posted from you about the casters availability or price, so I offered the links. Next time you may want to post something like "PM sent" so I know you are quoting a part. So how much was it, like $16.00?

No Biggie.. I was just busting your Chops a bit.

I get $17.50 a Piece for the Threaded Stem type and Only Charge "Actual" Shipping.
