Help identify this logo?

This Thunderbird-like figure is emblazoned on the rim of a 14" (including tire) wheel of the type frequently found on high-wheel lawn mowers. No other markings. Anyone know who the manufacturer is?

Google Image Search struck out as did Find That Logo.
Some (many?) of these wheels are made by Martin, but no trace of a logo on their website.

Looks like the rear wheels off of a "high-wheel" Murray or Craftsman or any number of other brands of mowers.

My guess is the logo is from the company that molds the plastic and not the wheel supplier.

Martin wheel was acquired by Kenda in 1999. Kenda is a huge tire/wheel co that started out making bicycle tires in Taiwan in 1962, and now has numerous factories in Asia. Finding the owner/maker of that logo and wheel may be an onerous effort.

Skyway makes wheels like that for various items. BMX mag wheels were their thing back in the day which they still make. Not sure if the logo would be the same but I am sure you could find a replacement.
