Help Identify this Mac Tools item.

Hey guys, need a little help in identifying this tool by Mac Tools and its use. The only numbers on the tools themselves is on the larger frame piece. I did a quick check on the net and came up empty so far.

Its stamped with the number 49 G030 725

It looks like a puller to me. It looks to be missing the bolt set up for the right side.

Puller or pressing tool was my first choice too. If so, what's it designed to pull or push?
