looks like an air ratchet.

It looks to me like it could be an Ingersoll Rand 1103, assuming it is a 1/4" drive ratchet which it looks like it is. Is there an "IR with an oval around it" symbol molded into the rubber hand grip just above where the sticker is/was like my picture shows?
In your picture it looks like the rubber over-mold on the hand grip of the ratchet might have come off completely as that is the only part of the ratchet that looks a little different from my picture. If so you won't see the IR symbol. Is the main hand grip of your air ratchet just bare plastic?
I don't know if there are any, but it could be a very close offshore copy of the IR ratchet as well.
