I don't know who made the vise but it's just a homeowner's vise. I wouldn't pay $50 for it here in Central Texas where we are not inundated with vises every day. YMMV.

I agree with tex.
I’m betting Columbian as well and being a common homeowner grade vise and being so gouged up, it seems like it should go for half of that price. If somebody wanted an outdoor user vise, it would be good for that as is and probably wouldn’t attract too many thieves.
